The owners were the nicest people. When weather was not optimal for skiing, they suggested alternative activities.
We ate dinner with them 2 nights and really enjoyed our meals and they have chosen really nice bottles of local wine which they sell at a very reasonable price.
The staff were lovely, generous, and informative. The spa was amazing. The tea was good too.
It's a historic building that has been nicely restored and decorated.
Isabella and Stefano, who manage the hotel, are so kind, attentive and friendly, making the time there so enjoyable. They also cook delicious meals and desserts.
And after a day skiing at Campiglio there is an excellent Spa conjugated to relax.
The hotel is very unique and special - it is accommodated in a 15th century building and features both authentic details from the old day and all comtemporary facilities of today. The hotel has its own small chapel, medieval interiors, and a special atmosphere of serenity, coziness and true feeling of being welcome! The hosts - Stefano and Isabella - truly elevate the hospitality to the top level! genuinely caring and always glad to assist, the hosts treated us with exceptional kindness and attention. Everything was above expectation - Isabella's made savory italian diner, freshly baked cakes and strawberries for breakfast, exquisite cleanliness of the hotel, and this special feeling of being in a good place... will definetely come back next year!
I have never experienced such caring and flexible service as by Stefano, his wife, and Geraldine. Every special wish - and we had many - was taken care of with warmth and a smile
