Conosco questa struttura da sei anni, ci vado sempre molto volentieri ed è mia intenzione tornarci di nuovo. Tuttavia quest'anno ho trovato una situazione trasandata e poco attenta sia alle pulizie generali che all'unità abitativa assegnatami (senza specificare i particolari).

1. The room (for two + 12 years kid) was nice, comfortable and clean. 1. The WI-Fi signal in the room was so weak and disconnected every two minutes, so practicaly there was no Wi-Fi in the room. At the begining they told me in the reception that it will be fixed the day after morning, but we stayed 3 days and nothing changed. Even though I complained about it every morning, it seemed that nobody really cares. Add to this the fact that the cellular signal was very bad as well, and you found your self disconnected from the outer world while you are in the hotel. 2. There is no restaurant in the hotel, or in the near neighborhood and you need to travel about 10 min to the closest restaurant. In the 1st eve, after check-in, we wanted to have dinner in the hotel dining room. We had to go back to the recetion to pay separately for the dinner, even thoug they had the info of my Credit Card and could charge me as it is done in other hotels. The variety of food was nice but of low quality. 3. The room cleaning lady tried to steal my sunglasses (I left them on the dresser in the room while having breakfast in the dining room and didn't find them when I returned to the room, after the cleaning lady arranged the room), but failed due to my awareness. We complained in the reception but the same cleaning lady continued to clean our romm the days after.
