Good breakfast, nice location, a bit difficult to find, better signs would help.

A beautiful villa and surrounding. Staff was wonderful. Only 2 cons, driving in Rieti is a nightmare for foreigners. The other was our ac kept getting turned off. If you have certain health conditions this can affect your sleep. We are grateful to have gone to such an amazing hotel.

I had a room in the second floor overlooking the city of Rieti. The view was breathtaking. Great hotel with a phenomenal breakfast terrace. I felt like in a novel. I loved it.

Beautiful historical villa and gardens. Love the murano chandelier and all the furniture. The dining room is amazing and wonderful with a beautiful wood ceiling. You can relax and feel like living in early 1900. They adapted very well the old and elegant rooms with modern confort ( air conditioning, modern bathrooms) without changing the classic style. The swimming pool is large and it’s perfect for swimming. We will come definitely back and we will recommend to friends. The breakfast in a rooftop terrace is relaxing, good variety of food. Great service in all the hotel.
