Beautifully furnished. Very clean. Comfortable. Quiet during the week but a little noisy on the weekends. Modern. Convenient location right across from the bus and train station. Not far to walk to the beach. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. The shutters on the bedroom windows kept the room nice and dark for sleeping. Loved that! Highly recommend.

The property is very close to the train station, central station close to the see side, close to the center.

Stayed in Pescara for 6 nights applying for my work visa and took my partner with me. The apartment was ideally located, close to everything and newly decorated and lovely. Comfy bed, ideal kitchen space and great power shower. Roberto was on hand to answer any questions and was very helpful. We will definitely be back as Pescara itself is also beautiful.

The apartment was very clean and comfy. There is everything you need. The city centre and beach is a few minutes walk.
