It’s well located, you can go walking everywhere. There are many restaurants nearby as well. Ilaria is a great host. He gave us many recommendations and always responded quickly to messages for what we needed.

The closeness of the apartment to everything else. You have practically everything at a walking distance of 5 minutes, from reataurants to bars and supermarkets. And i mean great bars and restaurants, you have a michelin rated restaurant 15 m from the apartment.
Hot water all the time, everything you needed to prepare a meal in the apartment if you wanted. The kindness of the owners
Plenty of space for 3 people to sleep comfortably. Good cooking facilities meant we could make a nice hot breakfast every day. Piccolo Iris was in a great location for exploring the city, where we were able to walk to all the major attractions in Florence.
