After a year we returned to Podere Sant'Angelo. The same obliging and helpful host, the same well-kept garden. And the same blissful silence allowing you to relax after a year spent in the city.

We absolutely loved the apartment, it is spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden is really nice, each apartment has it's own piece of garden to sit comfortably. The bed is large for Italian standards (1.60x2.00) which was great because we are very tall Dutchies :) you have a lot of privacy if you want to, but you can always have a nice chat with the owner, Graham. He is an amazing host, very kind and lovely to talk to! We had several really nice conversations and he knows a lot about where to eat, shop for groceries and about nice activities. When we arrived he had a bottle of local wine and a snack ready for us, which was very great after a long drive. During our stay he even brought some fresh figs from his garden!

Graham is a wonderful host and the house was everything we hoped for. Really comfortable beds, great kitchen with everything you need, the view into the garden and the sunset: unforgettable. We would very much like to visit again! And since it is a little offroad you can see the stars like nowhere else. Furthermore we had some wildife around us, and it felt so good to be part of nature but with the comfort of modern life, like the good WiFi.

The location was exceptional: breathtaking view, calm and quiet, unobtrusive in a finely furnished property by the owner, a wonderful host who made us feel at home. Absolutely recommended for those who want to escape from metropolitan life and fully enjoy a powerful and luxuriant nature. Incredible sunsets and starry nights.

De rust en de mooie natuur, de perfect ingerichte accommodatie met eettafels voor buiten en binnen, binnen- en buitenbank met kussens, maar ook de doucheruimte, de slaapkamer met goed bent, de kastruimten, etc. Kortom, het is een geweldige accommodatie!!
