I loved how helpful the host, Carla, was throughout the stay. Before I arrived she took the time to explain (via recording) how everything worked (keys etc). She also sent me a comprehensive list of attractions, eateries etc to check out. She was always very quick to respond if I had a question. Great attention to the customer and not something you come across every day.

The location of the flat was also excellent. Very close to the metro station so getting to the city centre was easy! It wasn't too close to the city centre though which was good - lots of tourists!

The room is perfectly versatile and Carla is such a nice person, always nice and helpful with tips to make our time in Milan better! The location, in the same street of a pizzeria and the metro station, made everything really easier! Highly reccomended :)
