This place is a gem and we will stay again and again! The staff, grounds, food are all exceptional but the spa is the true highlight! 10 minutes from FCO and a delight after a redeye.

Beautiful place with very warm nice atmosphere and history. Enjoyed each moment of our stay. spa is excellent and very interesting as well. Very recommended!!!

Beautiful landscaping and buildings, fabulous tiles and great old school decor. Food great. Terme facilities wonderful though a bit busy and loud, see below.

Just even driving up to the property was like a dream! Then greeted with a nice man and the staff was soo nice and the property is huge! My room was adorable and had the cutest balcony with French doors. The bathroom was all marble which is super fancy. I wish I was there for longer so I couldn’t have seen and experienced the whole place . I was only there for one day since I had to fly out the next day. Perfect place to stay especially if you need a relaxing tranquil place before you fly out.
