Cozy room, comfortable bed, good shower, central location, good communication with the host. Kitchen space upstairs has coffee and snacks, very nice touch.
The location and view was perfect. The place was clean. We'd choose to stay here again.
Everything about the Reggio lovely rooms is just perfect. From the great location, to the very comfortable bed, cleanliness, and right through to the adorable dining/ kitchen area. This is a perfect location to stay in whilst in the town.
Safe, clean, comfortable: excellent value for money.
Perfect location for exploring the town in a peaceful area. Bus service to the station right on the doorstep. Close to many shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Clean comfortable rooms, very modern. The kitchen facility was a welcome bonus especially with use of the washing machine and drier. Andre was an excellent host. Only option to choose in Reggio Emilia!
This lovely little hotel (aka boutique rooms) were exceptional. Fantastic location in the heart of Reggio. Spotlessly clean and nice and modern, I can't recommend this place enough along with the communication from the property since we were unfamiliar with booking accommodation in Italy. Andre was incredibly helpful and clear with instructions. Upon check out I bumped into the cleaning lady and she was so nice. The whole stay was nothing short of awesome and really great value for money. Would stay here again without a doubt.
