This property is located up a hill so affords the visitor wonderful views over the lake. Roberto, the owner, was most welcoming and helpful. The apartment is furnished in typical farm style, comfortable with mostly everything needed. The gardens are beautifully manicured and pool is sparkling clean. It is located a short 10 minute drive into Passignano and all the restaurants and shops. It was always a delight to return to the quiet of the farmstay after a busy day touring.

This place is absolutely incredible. It is a 8 minute drive from pasigango sul trasimeno. The place itself is very clean, and the kitchen has everything needed to cook.in addition, Roberto, the owner, is "one of the good guys". He helped us in a medical situation with our daughter and also recommended on a good restaurant to eat at, and also book it. The pool is great, and the view... Is breathtaking
Extraordinary location. You have nice place, quiet to stay and have good rest...or you can organize every day nice trips to historical cities...Assisi, Arezzo, Perugia...or around a Trasimeno Lake. Also Roberto and his brother are really nice persons everymoment prepare to help you...Really thank You Roberto...
