We liked the positioning of the Residence. Close to the beach and in a peaceful area. The host and staff people very responsive and nice.

Great value for money, super friendly and helpful staff. Quite location with easy access to the beaches, restaurants and promenade. The room was very spacious with a huge terrace, parking right near the door and elevator in the lobby. Kitchen had all the necessary supplies for cooking and having meals with family. AC was working great.

Location work for us close to restaurants and bus stop even walked to the train station

We were satisfied with the apartment. Each room had a balcony. There was an elevator in the house. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed in the living room. Air conditioners were in each room, but we did not use it due to the constant three days of heavy rain during our stay. However, no water got into the apartment. Each room had manually operated quality blinds. The Wifi connection worked very well.
