The hotel is owned and operated by a lovely couple who do their best to meet all requests. It is located near the beach and a pass for an umbrella and beach chairs are given to you as part of your booking. This is a real bonus, as the beach has reserved booking areas you would would otherwise have to pay for. It is also within walking distance of Chioggia, a small town. The owners also operate a small pizzeria next to the hotel which is where you have a delightful breakfast each morning and can count on for a good dinner at the end of the day. If your destination is the city of Venice, this may not be the best location, as there are no water buses to the city, but there is a regular bus. Ask the proprietors for the 'how to' with organizing a ticket, it can be tricky.

We loved how we were 45 minutes from Venice proper, yet plenty of shops and restaurants near by. The sandy beach was a 10min short walk and was beautiful. Great for swimming. Our room had all the amenities.

Our apartment was extremely comfortable and well outfitted with a good kitchen area adjacent to a small living room space. The bathroom was large with a nice shower. The bedroom was of an adequate size with a very comfortable queen bed. Everything was extremely clean. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast in an adjoining restaurant was very nice. We would definitely recommend this hotel and it was in close proximity to the cruise ship port in Chiaggio.

It was clean, easy check in and check out, wonderful location with a nice balcony to observe the surounding.
