Absolutely stunning location and views!! You step out right into the beach with a great atmosphere.
Manuela is absolutely fantastic.
There are food options nearby and quite big grocery store next doors.
Very clean property!! Also big windows that open just like patio in the room.

the hosts were super friendly and helpful.
we asked to checkin late so they left the keys for our room with a welcom note that included all information about the facility.
In general they were very attentive and helped us with everything we needed even if it was after hours.
The room was comfortable and the kitchen was nicely equipped (basically anything you could need).
The location was a little harder to get to by public transport and quite far from lake como main attractions.
Even so, I would definitely say it's worth the hustle to stay only 2 min walk to the beach, great (and not very touristic) pizza places and bars.
At the beach you can rent equipment from the surfing school and enjoy the lake away from the crowds.
