The location was perfect for us and the complimentary beach chairs were a very nice touch. The train station is a stone's throw away. There is very limited nightlife in Deiva Marina, which suited us perfectly. The room was nice and quiet, with a kitchenette and a balcony with limited sea view. Very nice hosts that patiently listened to our very limited italian without changing to english until we did :) The wonderful old lady in the little shop close to the hotel never even tried to speak english to us, but instead used a combination of simple words and sign language. We understood each other just fine! We heartily recommend this hotel!

Lovely accommodations, wheelchair accessible, kind and helpful staff, quiet and restful

Perfectly thought through set up and couldn’t want for more. The staff and owners were so friendly and helpful that all our questions were answered before asked and information provided about everything from beaches to trains. The apartment we enjoyed was very clean, stocked and spacious. The property was also perfectly positioned for access to the entire town’s facilities.

Very friendly and caring staff that answered all of our questions about the area and helped us with all of our needs, big room with a balcony with the sea view, kitchenette with all the needed utensils, free parking, great location, unlimited supply of sparkling or still water. Breakfast is available at an extra charge, but we just didn't need it being right by two local grocery stores. Frankly, I wanted to try it but our time there just went too fast... We spent 4 nights there and I wish we stayed longer. A great location for exploring the Cinque Terre area, but still far enough to be able to relax away from the tourists when you get back to your room. As other guests have mentioned, you do need to take a train to Levanto to get to Cinque Terre which costs a little over 2 euros (no need to change trains though).

the residence is only 5 minutes walk from Deiva Marina train station . and very easy access to 5 terre and portofino by train. Lucia at the reception very kind and helpful . I strongly recommend this hotel
