Our stay at Residence Martinelli was wonderful. We were two people, and the place was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. We really appreciated the private parking, which allowed us to take daily trips around the Dolomites by car. Anna welcomed us warmly, was very responsive, and provided everything we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent service, a great location, and a reasonable price.
Hosts were very helpful. Bus pass was included in city amenities and bus stop was convenient - we were able to enjoy the Christmas Market without having to figure out directions or parking. Room was huge and very clean, great kitchen. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for a great expert!

Very friendly host, super informative and helpful information and tips regarding the apartment as well as the region and what to do there. The apartment was very nice and spacious and had a great kitchen. Also we had a patio where we enjoyed to sit outside
Everything was wonderful! The receptionist, Anna was szuper friendly and flexible. The location of the facility is super, the nearest shop (Lidl) is only 6 minutes far in Bolzano. The view is scenic. I totally recommend this accomodation. :)
