One mile walk to the plaza. It was a half mile walk to the train station. Grocery store was right around the corner. There was a good selection of local restaurants with wonderful food very nearby. Coffee maker made delicious coffee and espresso each morning. Property is very secure and safe! We loved our stay. Thank you Davide and Chiara !

Great location, spacious apartment, and a market, cafe, and several restaurants literally around the corner. Short walk to the San Stae Vaporetto stop and a 20 minute walk to the Rialto bridge. Yet, it is still a comfortable and quiet location. Highly recommend this property.

The apartment was very comfy,very clean ,very spacious and equipped with everything necessary.The hosts are very kind and helpful for everything needed.I would recommend to everyone who will stay in venice

A quiet part of town but within easy walking distance of the main tourist areas. It was a great balance of central and private. There is an amazing backery and wine bar around the corner plus a grocery store. You couldn't ask for more from this location. The room was honestly larger than I expected and the little kitchennet was perfect. I'd highly recommend this spot to anyone!
