The location of the place is very good, near San Marco place by walk and the boat station is also near the place. Very good communication with the host. Very detailed description on how to get there and Very quick to reply. The property has also a big space/room where you can eat and put your food on the fridge. Very secured place with locked door.

Very good location, the room was as expected, given the prices in Venice, it was a good value for the money. The communication with the host was exceptional, very detailed information on how to find the place and the rules of the house.

The location was nice and quiet with plenty of restaurants nearby. It was about a 10-minute walk from the Ca' Rezzonico water bus stop and 15 minutes to St. Mark's. Google Maps took us right to the front door. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom. No problems with AC or hot water. The host was easily accessible and let us store our luggage in the common room on our departure day.

Bed was very comfy, aircon and WiFi were amazing. Location was a perfect spot for everything and was all round a really nice place to stay, really made our stay in venice stress free and easy.
