I really liked the convenient location, just a short walk from the beach, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Position of the residence is great. Just few steps to the beach (just cross the road, which is ZTL zone, so minimum cars). Appartment is well equipped, clean (whole residence) and large enough. Air conditioning is installed in bedroom and also in dining room. Private car parking behind the house is really big advantage. Oliver is really great and helpful. Great choice for family vacation.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Residenza. Our apartment was inviting, well maintained and equipped (new kitchen, good WiFi), situated in a beautiful building. Private parking is well protected in the yard. The beach is right across the street, nice restaurants and bars are close. In the evenings kids entertainment is just outside the door. Oliver was a very friendly and helpful host. Perfect place to spent a family beach holiday with kids.

Perfect location in front of the beach, we had a lovely seaview. The apartment was well maintained and nice also with a brand new kitchen. And Oliver was very friendly and making the extra effort to answer any questions we had, even before we arrived on site. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants a good time at the beach!

Close to the seafront and local amenities. Railway station and buses five minutes walk away.
