Clean , beautiful, representing the spirit of the city and great location
Location was good. to find there was a bit difficult because in the old town there is a lot of one way drive street. The owner is really nice lady, she gives a lot of advices.
Overall the experience was just wonderful. Luisa and Elisa are just amazing. The service was beyond my expectation and I work in the service industry.
There was constant communication and information about our arrival and the services available.
The facility is centrally located and if you wanted to assign a walkability score to it I would say it was 100.
The facility itself is vintage and well curated. Everything is exceptionally clean and well thought out. I can't say enough positive things about this place.
Very helpful and attentive host , excellent location and beautiful room
We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Negri. Our room was very large, had obviously been recently renovated (with great taste), was very well appointed and was spotless. There was a balcony over the pedestrian-only street. Great location (everything in the old town is within walking distance, 15 minutes or less). The hosts are extremely attentive to their guests’ needs. I have no hesitations to recommend Palazzo Negri.
