The location was fantastic- truly everything was pretty much on our door step. The food was amazing, people were friendly and the place was really clean.

The room is in a great location, it's super clean and, very important in winter, it was very well heated. So, it was very pleasant.
Picking up the key was quite simple: Francesco was there at the exact time we had agreed on. So everything was perfect.
Very centrally located. Train station was 15 minutes away to one side and less than that to old historic city to the other side. Host Francesco and mother AnnaMaria were easy to communicate with and very sweet. Got a 10% off coupon to nearby restaurant, a few feet away, which was nice and food was good.
