Very friendly and helpful staff and decent location

The Roma Luxus Hotel is a downtown which is located close to a large part of the history and site seeing venues. The only unexpected surprise was no pool, but in retrospect that was the best as we were always tired from site seeing. The staff are exceptional. The front staff heled us continually as did the bell hop. The breakfasts were very good. There are many restaurants close to the hotel, and the Colosseum and Forum are a 14-minute walk from the hotel. Other historical venues are also close. The Vatican is a $15 dollar credit card ride from the hotel. Be careful at the Vatican and elsewhere as pickpockets are everywhere.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful especially with them helping us get to our next destination.

All!!!! Firstable the attentions of the staff were beyond excellent! Valeria from the front desk was amazing and super attentive if i could give her 100 of points of a 10 i would!! The room was beautiful, the food is super good, the location is perfect you are 10-15 walking of principal atractions, they have a restaurant at the first floor os named Casa Tua and the food is delicious! If i have to choose this hotel to come again i will definitely do it no doubts!!!
