This apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The patio was beautiful with all of the wisteria flowers in bloom. The customer service was super responsive. My only feedback is the mattresses could use replacement. However my daughter who crashed with me one night thought the bed was super comfortable so this is certainly subjective which is why I gave a 10 overall.
Everything was good! Fast wifi, comfortable beds, nice little outdoor area, hot water, working AC, working elevator, TV with Netflix. Wonderful location near lots of restaurants, cafes, and sites. Andre was really nice and helpful.
Everything was nice, especially their customer services team, I have to give the credit for Jenyfer as she helped me not only with things related to my stay but the whole trip in Florence, very nice recommendations (restaurants, wine/olive oil tours and gelato).
