View of the canal, on site laundry, well stocked amenities and friendly, helpful owner
Everything! Great place, very comfortable apartment, a lot of basic stuff you need in the kitchen, two bathrooms and two toilets. Never had a problem with waiting:) The owner was so nice! My recommendation. It's better to search the place by googling on google maps "rosa apartment" it will be more accurate than the address from the booking.

Great location. Room #1 is on canal with real AC. Incredible value. Highly recommend if you are ok with bathroom down the hall.
The owner was incredibly kind to us, allowing us to come early and store our luggage, do our laundry, and even have a bottle of wine. The room was perfect for our needs and the value for the price was spot on to be able to stay in what is normally a very expensive city for accommodations. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the city itself on a budget.
