The location is great, in city center, easy acces from the train station and to the port of La spezia. Very clean, airy and luminous. Nice view to the piazzeta. You have all the facilities including a washing machine and a drying rack. I truly recommend this place.
The location is really nice, there is a supermarket,bars and stores nearby.
