Две отдельные спальни, шикарный балкон с тенью, наличие стиральной машины и пылесоса Dyson, большой телевизор, наличие посудомоечной машины и духовки - супер! Индукционная печь и вытяжка - также супер. А также большой обеденный стол, удобный сан узел, комфортная температура, которая поддерживается во всех комнатах, наличие москитных сеток и роллет - спасибо огромное !!! Удобные матрацы! Хорошее освещение! Отличный интернет. Вид с верхних этажей прекрасен. Наличие пляжных полотенец и зарезервированных лежаков с зонтиком на пляже - также удобно !

We enjoyed location close to the town center and the beach, but still with quiet surroundings, beautiful view of the private port from the balcony. We travelled in full season, the whole house was full, but still we had privacy and did not hear each other. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped, did not miss anything. Enjoyed also the invitation package of beach bag/towels/flip-flops, fully used :) Fully recommend!

let me start first with the communication. Matilde was an excellent host and the communication before and during the stay was awesome. she managed to accomodate for all our needs are we are very grateful. Appartment and Facilities: the flat was spaceous with big rooms and great balcony with stunning port view. all the ammendments you need you get: washing machine, tabs, coffee machine, dyson vaccum, and it was stocked with all first hand utilities by the host: even branded beach towels, bag and flip flops. the whole buidling is brand new and very modern. Cleanliness: spotless clean not only the appartment but the whole buidling. we also got a mid-stay clean which was nicely arranged and very considerate of our time. Location: excellent! 2 minutes to coop,. 5 min to the beach and 10min walking to city centre. despite being so central, it is very quiet at night

Very clean and modern accommodation, I was very surprised.Excellent comfort. Excellent place for families with small children. Quiet location. Everything is very close, the beach , restaurants, shops, about 7 minutes walk. We arrived early with small baby in Caorle at 11 o'clock and our accommodation was ready to check- in.Thank you Matilda.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped as well. The rooftop pool and lounge is exceptional, the beach is clean and beautiful with sun beds and umbrellas. (There were 4 sun beds and 2 umbrellas booked for us which is also amazing!) The apartment is completely soundproof, we’ve all slept like babies. Everything is available in a short walking distance and the closed parking lot is also very comfortable. Thank you Matilde for this amazing holiday and your kindness!
