We received a free upgrade, which turned out to be a spacious room with a large terrace, a cozy living room, and a compact kitchenette. The room was spotless, inviting, and incredibly comfortable. There were two pools, a delightful breakfast, a charming rooftop, and a breathtaking garden. Everything was exceptional; the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.
