Roberto was the best host we've ever had. Even though we arrived late because our plane was delayed, he waited up and was gracious. He told us not to worry. He wanted us to relax and enjoy our vacation.
His home is beautiful. We really enjoyed the tour of his property and talking with Roberto about the of property, his wine making and herb growing.

Parking is on the premises! A major plus since parking in small towns may be very difficult.
The view,location and the landscape is stunning. So many types of trees and plants in the yard. There are multiple shops within a five minute drive . Roberto and his wife were nothing short of amazing. With homemade wine, olive oil and traditional treats on New Year’s Eve. He made sure we were comfortable, provided firewood, and gave perfect recommendations for sightseeing. The home itself was cozy and perfect for having a home cooked meal. Amazing, very friendly host - Roberto, who will help you in every way he can. He also provided us with some food for the first breakfast, just in case we didn't have any of our own, which was a very nice gesture.
The house is very clean, equipped with everything you may need during your stay. down to smallest things, like a packet of balsamic vinegar or leaflets from local touristic attractions, and located in most beautiful, picturesque spot, and next to Roberto's vineyard, All the photos and the description seen here were truthful, so you can believe that the view from the bedroom and bathroom is breathtaking.
Nearby (up to 10 mins by car) you'll find a supermarket, a baker, a butcher, a pizzeria and a couple of different restaurants.
The owner has a delightful young dog, which is very keen to play with you, but can be kept apart, if needed (i. e. allergy or dislike) - but obviousy we loved to have him around.
