Great effort and thought put into interior decoration and details Very comprehensive communication links sent but not able to access until after arrival due to connection issues whilst travelling through Europe for weeks before Caserta. Suggest significant details be in email body(as done for gate PIN) and possibly a printed copy in the apartment for reference. Comfy bed. Very clean. Quiet

The property was very well presented, very clean and well stocked with food. The property is very close to the Reggia and close to restaurants. The station is a 10 min walk

Everything! From the warm welcome with detailed instructions, to the exceptional apartment with all mod cons (and a detailed instruction manual for every appliance) to the Netflix subscription free for guests. The bed was extremely comfortable and the rainfall shower was amazing. The location is in the heart of one of the best areas for night life, and right by La Reggia di Caserta but you can still get to sleep undisturbed. The accommodation felt super safe with a gated entrance. We will definitely come back!

The location of the apartment was excellent, a short walk to the palace and several bars & cafes as well as a supermarket. The apartment was spacious, clean, and cool with protection from insects. We were given amenities to start us off for our trip including milk, bread, and some drinks and the bathroom came with plenty of towels and toiletries. We were truly set up for the trip as the hosts had been extremely thoughtful, especially for one of our friends who arrived at the accomodation very late from their flight. The host provided a very informative and extensive guide for not only on how to use the various appliances in the apartment, but also information on various tourist attractions (such as Casertavecchia) and other useful information. There was also a taxi service who we could contact to take us all to our places for dinner. Overall the apartment exceeded our expectations!
