Location. Great for a small family with a 3yr old. All one level and compact it is what we needed. Views were exceptional. Even saw some amazing yachts and big cruise ships. We recommend storing your luggage if you arrive early downstairs with bounce at the local retail shop for a few hours. Very friendly also and expected us on our arrival.
The complimentary gifts were a added plus for us and was unexpected cakes milk biscuits etc.
