I loved how close it was to the Milan Central Train station and to the Metro, everything within walking distance. The beds were comfortable, rooms were well maintained, and everything was in good working order such as TV, fridge, hot water kettle, etc. We had no issues. Service was great from the front desk. The staff were always helpful, kind, and courteous. I appreciate the hotel's efforts in sorting out trash with recyclables, organic matter, and things to be thrown in landfill. They are eco-conscious, and that's a huge plus for me .

This place was clean and well maintained. Host answered all questions prior to arrival fast. Breakfast bar was perfect with well stocked items. Close to the train station and easy to get around. Definitely recommend.

We were caught in a thunderstorm storm before arriving so everything was soaked including our luggage. The staff were very generous and provided us many extra towels. We ordered a meal via room service which arrived quickly and was delicious. The breakfast in the restaurant was also very good.
