It was close to the cruise ship dock. There was street parking. The accommodation was clean and the common area was roomy.

Very nice apartment with a common room kitchen, great for preparing tea/coffee and warming leftovers. My mother has issues with stairs and the elevator was a huge bonus. There is a cafe below us during the week and a restaurant across the street. There is a grocery store was around the corner.

The host speaks almost perfect English. The location is between central city cathedral and harbor. The ferry to both Villa San Giovanni (Blue Ferry) and Reggio di Calabria (Liberty Lines) are both almost under the window, and train station is a further 3 minutes' walking away. The balcony opens to the harbor with good view. Just downstairs is a pizza restaurant favored by locals (I eat with many locals here, and it is the low season for tourism). The restaurant is both clean and bright.

Everything was great. The view is amazing. Food and buses are close.

Location is perfect and the owner/manager is pretty helpful. The building is hard to find and the sign is very tiny that we had a hard time looking for its location. They should put a bigger sign so people can see it easily specially those that are not from this country. Breakfast is so,so nothing fancy just coffee and some croissant and other kind of brittle bread. The restaurant across the entrance, however, is very good. It's called Farine.
