The staff was fabulous and the location was amazing. Great stay would definitely come back.
Excellent location. 12 min walk from train station. Rooms were clean and wonderful. Staff was great, arranged our taxi to airport and very accommodating.there is an elevator.

Right in the middle of everything but not loud, windows were very soundproof. It had a charm about it. Updated bathrooms and comfortable beds and yet still felt true to its Firenze history
