10/10 rating is for their communication and understanding. We had a kid and it was a hot day, so they let us check in early. Also explained everything in detail in advance and was very responsive. Three renovated bathrooms were really helpful. Sheets and beds were clean and a complete kitchenate. All bedrooms have good Aircon. A very big supermarket is 2 mins walk away. The cafe downstairs was good for morning coffee and the metro station is just next door. Not noisy at night. The lift is small but is great for luggage.

Location is great. Safe neighborhood, very close to termini and colosseum. Has elevator, wifi, and all amentinies.
The location of this apartment was perfect for our needs. Very close to metro stop and Termini station...walking distance to Colosseum...plenty of great restaurants within the immediate area (especially Art Cavour across the street - Giorgio and Diana -owners - are amazing!). We were traveling with our 3 sons (10, 12, 16) and my parents (80s) so air conditioning, minimal stairs, wifi, washing machine and 3 bathrooms and enough beds for all was important. This apartment checked all the boxes. Having an access code and not a key for the door was a lot easier when we had so many people in our group. The company that hosts the apartment was very responsive to my questions before our arrival and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay during our trip. We would definitely stay at this location again.
Spacious, comfortable and clean place. Excelent location. 3 bathrooms are a big, big plus.
