Nice, spacious home with 3 bedrooms which was perfect for our family of five! Importantly, with free parking within the house. Well located in a nice neighbourhood, but walking distance to the city centre.

Great location, close to public transportation. Very spacious interior, nice decor and fabulous outdoor porch. Hosts were super responsive and helpful with all questions / concerns.

We loved the relaxed atmosphere, the outdoor garden/patio, and the bath/showers. They provided everything we could hope for in a 3 day stay! We enjoyed walking to the central part of Bologna from the neighborhood. The response from the property was almost immediate and made us feel really welcomed.

Great apartment in a residential quiet area with rare traffic and 25 minutes walk to Piazza Maggiore. Supermarket at 4 min walk, parking in the courtyard, all made our stay more comfortable. The layout of the apartment was perfect for our group of 5 and we loved the beautiful patio with its nice greenery and lounge arrangement. Getting the keys was easy, Pietro is a great host and was available any time we needed by phone/WApp or in person. Thank you, Pietro, we had a wonderful time (and so had the dog of the group too :) !

One member of our party arrived early, and was able to collect the keys from the owner. There is parking alongside the entry to the unit behind a metal gate, which is a very good thing, as it would be very hard to get street parking (we looked for some before realizing that the unit had parking). There are three large bedrooms (one with an ensuite bathroom). Everything except the basement bathroom with the laundry is on one level, though there is one step up to the main bathroom and the bedroom that has an ensuite. Walking to the older section of town is very easy from this ideal location.
