There was plenty of room for 2 of us. The bedroom has good space. Kitchen/living area was good. Bathroom was small, but that’s not where you spend your time. It had a good shower. Location right up the path from the Rezzonico vaporetto stop made it easy to travel. Francesco was helpful and responsive when we had a minor problem.

Apartment is great. Comfort. There is bedroom with double king bed and living room with small kitchen. Two fridges and bathroom is great especially becouse it has washing mashine. I was on motorbike so I wash my clothes there. You can't do that in hotel. It was on ground level but quite place. Just 5 minutes from Zattere boat bus station and 5 min if walk from a CaRezzoncio. Lovely apartment, tacked away from hustle and bustle. It was quiet at night, which we loved. The bed is comfortable with memory foam. The apartment is conditioned which is a key in July heat! The host was very welcoming and explained all the details about the house and the area. Would definitely stay again.

It was a nice little apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, room, and common area. It had a good heating/cooling system and the beds were very comfortable. It was also very clean!

Excellent location, clean, compact, but well thought out. Surprisingly quite, with a very comfortable bed.
