The location of the property was incredible. We didn’t know what to expect upon arrival and it was awesome. I would not recommend walking with luggage from train station as it’s a lot of stairs and cobblestone but otherwise it was soo easy!

The view was amazing ! The air conditioner was an amazing surprise ! It worked so well . I had the best sleep of my entire trip here !

The view is incredible, the best feature of the Property

super cute apartment. loved the furnishings and decor. but of course the number one thing is the beautiful view out to the lake and mountains and down to the city of varenna. the balcony is spacious and we spent a good amount of time just sitting there eating cheese and drinking wine. it was almost hard to motivate ourselves to leave and see the sites! it's definitely a hike up the hill to the apartment, but during normal day hours there is a bus stop not too far. varenna was a great home base for arriving by train and taking ferrys across the water to Bellagio, Menaggio, etc. would definitely stay there again!

the views over the lake were amazing! nice large kitchen/dining room/living room area. patio was large enough for 4 of us comfortably. parking included. air conditioning available when needed.
