The location is unbeatable. Easy to get to Mestre train station, and bus to airport, and it has some cafes on the corner so I had pretty much everything I could want/need. The room was typical size, for price and area, and it was clean. Water in shower took some minutes to heat up but was hot and had good pressure once it got going. Facilities were clean and organized with the kitchen and access to balcony. Too cool for me to take advantage of the balcony, but it looked nice. Plenty of space and utencils in kitchen for a bite. I only ate a quite bite for breakfast before leaving, but it has plenty of room for more food if you wish to bring more. Overall, I would return to this location next time in Venezia.
Stay was so nice. Property owner was a nice person. I, totally liked the place.

Perfect location for visiting Venice. (6 minutes from train station, 5 minutes to supermarket). Landlord is very nice guy (quick communication). Clean apartmant.
