We were welcomed very nicely, the hostess explained everything very well and kindly. The place is very clean, cozy, and is very close to the center of things, 5 minutes walk. It has everything you'll need, including a very nice kitchen.

The location in Venice was great. Very central to a lot of activities. The building was awesome and the courtyard was beautiful, especially at night. Bed was very comfortable and the hot water maker in the room with coffee packets was used everyday.

Awesome location! Great view on gondolas. Spacious, clean rooms with big bathrooms and mirrors. A fully working AC (with a few options to use). The host lets you store luggage before and after check-in/check-out and responds quickly. Super attentive and respects guest privacy.

The location was incredible! It was close to everything. The room and bathroom was very clean. When I had trouble finding it in the dark I was able to phone the owner and she guided me there. I thought having the bathroom outside the room would bother me, but it was fine. It was also nice and quiet.
