The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I am a non Italian speaker and was able to communicate enough to get my message across. The pool was wonderful and the provided breakfast was amazing! And the AC always worked with is hard to come by in most hotels. Such a beautiful locale close to shops and restaurants!

Staff was great, super friendly and very attentive to our needs

This property is run by an amazing team. Everyone from the groundskeepers to housekeeping to the desk team was super friendly and helpful, and Rita and Francesca in particular made our stay so special. Fufi is the best guard dog in town. Centrally located in Bacoli with easy access to local public transit and restaurants. Awesome shoreline views of Lago Doria and a beautiful pool area. Large and well maintained event space for parties, weddings, etc. The free breakfast was delicious.

Everything, absolutely everything was amazing at Villa Edelweiss, from the entry pathway, ease of check-in, welcome drinks, the reception staff, the owner's friendliness, their dogs, the chef, the pool, the vibes, the sunrise, the other guests - top notch. Loved the conversations with Francesaca, Rico, Chiro and Ellenora, among others, during our stay, and all the recommedations and love they shared with us. The people of the town are amazing as well, and we had the nicest time when we ate out or went around.

The nicest people run this hotel. Rita was very helpful to us of our overnight stay. Very interesting pools and pretty views. We were taking boat to Procida the next day and had 3 rooms.
