We had a very relaxing stay for 6 nights at this fabulous B&B located in a beautiful setting. The breakfast was superb with homemade recipes. Edith and Martin were marvelous hosts and always available for our needs. It was a pleasure to know them and we will definitely return!

We stayed 2 nights in this fabulous B&B, Eggan/Ega is a great option for visiting the Dolomites. and highly recommend this place to all our friends. We had the room with double balcony and fabulous view of Mt Latimar. Martin and Edith are the best hosts you can hope for and the breakfast is 5 star! We hope we can reciprocate their hospitality when they come to visit New Zealand! The room is large and spotlessly clean and the bed super comfy! The local Pizzeria is the best I have EVER eaten, so is a must visit! On Day 2 we took the gondola up to the Alpe di Siusi and walked around there a couple of hours....stunning views and highly recommend. We then continued on the full circuit of the Dolomites, a great day out! What I am trying to say is Eggen is a great base for exploring the Dolomites!

We had a wonderful time in Villa Gottfried from the moment we stepped into the house and were greeted by Martin + Judith & Martin were amazing, welcoming hosts with huge passion and personal touch for a great guest experience + newly renovated - very stylish decoration, modern with locally authentic touch + lovely breakfast with barista service, indoors in very tasteful setting or on a sunny terrace + lots of tips for exploration and any support

The owners were very kind and friendly, full of energy and always available for a talk ,to give suggestions on the hikes or any other necessity. The room was very clean and the location was super nice , very quiet village where you can enjoy some peace and nature . The garden of the property was well kept , nice to lay or sit down in a sunny day. The breakfast was good with croissants, yogurt , bread , cheese , marmalade, cappuccino, juices etc.. i recommend this B&B !

Was there even something NOT to like? Everything was just perfect: the cozy room, the perfect location (close to Bolzano but far enough from the noisy crowds), the amazing breakfast, the views of the mountains, the zen garden, the little vila... but mostly, the hosts Edith and Martin! It was just a hug away from home! We even got a few suggestions from them about what we could do, which we took, and it ended up being a perfect day.
