We had a large apartment at Villa Gremi with a fantastic view of the old town of Monforte d'Alba. Carola, who handles reception was very friendly and helpful, and even stayed late the day of our arrival because we were stuck in a major traffic problem in southern Italy. She made us restaurant reservations and had lots of recommendations for things to do and places to visit. The apartment was beautifully laid out, with a living area, well stocked kitchen, and a large bedroom. The location is amazing, an easy walk into Monforte, with its historic charm and many restaurants, and an easy drive around the Barolo and Alba regions.

Great guests, always happy to help with info about villa and Monforte, very elegant apartment, with a good breakfast, amazing view of Monforte d'Alba, parking spot for every apartment. We had a great stay at Ville Gremi!

The hotel provides a beautiful tray of assorted items for breakfasts and snacks. There is also a coffee maker and plenty of coffee. All items are replenished daily. We liked being able to have breakfast on our own schedule.

We travel regularly, and rarely do properties seem to get everything right, but Villa Gremi managed it. The property is clean, well located, has kind staff, and generous snacks/minibar included in the rate. The housekeeping was impeccable and the (generous) snack basket and refrigerator was restocked daily, including with local meats and freshly-baked pastry. The rooms are spacious, clean, and private. The town is charming and has great amenities, with some of the best wineries in the area located within a few hundred meters.
