We immediately felt at home. The apartment is very cozy and fully equipped. The contact persons are very friendly and helpful even during the Christmas holidays.
The location is perfect, 5 minutes to the grocery stores and maximum 10 minutes to the vaporetto stop. We had a fabulous time. We can wholeheartedly recommend this apparent.

Amazing house! It has more utensils than my own kitchen. Everything is of very good quality. The house is in a great location and surrounded by nature. 2 blocks from the main street so you still enjoy the silence while being close to the movement. The beach nearby is also amazing and walking distance. Very calm water. You can pay between 30 and 50 euros for an umbrella with 2 chairs by the beach. There is a free beach also 600m away. There is a supermarket and pharmacy nearby. The host was also super nice!
Very nice flat, well equiped, extremely clean. Situated in a nice location away from the crowd but with very easy access to all the other islands using vaporettos. The owner is extremely kind, helpful and responsive (English speaker as well). I can recommend this accomodation to anyone willing to have a great trip to Venise. Thanks very much Maria Teresa !
Location was perfect for us, a boat ride away from Venice mainland and 5 min walk from the beach as well. Lovely restaurants nearby and supermarket.
The property was lovely, everything had been thought of, it was clean, cool and comfortable.
The host said we could call her anytime if we had any worries or questions which was great.
