Great pool and facilities, wonderful surroundings. Close to great local shops and restaurants. Manuela was very friendly and professional.

Manuela is a superb host, friendly, charming and full of great suggestions. The property is as though you won the lottery- beautiful, private, clean, secure, comfortable,and non pretentious luxury. The location is close to many places, most no more than a 30 minute drive. There are also places to eat with in a short walk from the place. If Manuela offers to get you a dinner reservation or set up an olive oil tasting/ tour, just say yes. In general it is a great place to get off the beaten track of cruise ship tourists and be in the real Italian country side. In summary I can’t think of a place I have ever enjoyed staying more than here.

A very attractive property, the grounds and pool area were kept immaculately by Manuela who was a fantastic host. The location is the perfect base to explore the region from and Manuela gave us some good recommendations of places to visit.

Manuela was super and very welcoming. Our apartment was great. The pool area is really lovely. The village was attractive and very hospitable. We thought Villa di Rosato was a fabulous stay.
