Location was really nice for these two old travelers. Literally a 4 minute walk from the boat dock. Cristine's apartment was in a great location as far as being close to great restaurants and other places to visit. Maybe a 15-20 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge, a 5 minute walk to the co-op/grocery store, and about a 10-15 minute walk to the famous Despar Teatro Italia grocery store...a must see. Although we never met Cristine in person, she was a delight to work with via WhatApp and email. Very helpful!
The location was perfect! Away from St Marco to avoid the big crowds but in perfect location. Walking distance to everything and in a great neighbourhood without tour groups etc. was in the first floor to the street but not noise at all! Very well equipped like your own home. The host instructions were perfect. No need to contact her at all during our stay.
No breakfast was included. Location is fabulous. A very short 5 minute walk from the Ca D Oro boat dock in Venice. Lots of great places to eat nearby too.
Great communication from the host. Quiet location, for Venice. Apartment was ideal for family with 3 beds and the a/c kept the place comfortable.
Perfect location, close to everything.
The apartment itself is big, has all the amenities.
