Everything but mainly the generous hospitality of our host, Antonello! Everything you can think of is in the apt, including beach umbrella, beach bag and even some sweets upon arrival. Everything at the house is very generously given. The house was super clean and well located. Parking was extremely easy in mid July and the house is even nicer than the pics. You can book it without no doubt!!

Host was nice and even if he did not speak any English, he managed fine to communicate productively.The apt. itself was clean and the rooms were nice and good size. The parking around the apartment was super easy even if not offered by the apartment itself. (I rented a car and could easily park in the white lines around the house during 6 days). Quite neighborhood which means a 10 min. walk to city center and action. All rooms were air conditioned which was needed and they were functional.

House is clean, fresh and spacious. Antonello , the owner is a very nice person and very attentive. Definetly recommended to stay.

The apartment was really lovely! Nicely styled and appointed. All facilities worked so well and although it was not located in the center it was close, quiet, and the neighborhood had a bit of local charm. The host obviously takes pride in the apartment and keeps a good eye on the details. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again if we are lucky enough to visit Olbia again!

Amazing host, Antonello was super helpful and responsive. The apartment was super clean and spacious and convenient to shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.
