I initially booked for 1 night because I wanted to make sure the property is nice and well situated. The host welcomed me outside and she was really nice. I really liked the vibe of the apartment and indeed, it was located right in the downtown area. Hence, I asked to extend my booking for a few days more! Just in front of the property is a nice supermarket, a 24/7 canteen, and more shops along the strip! Honestly, it's one of the best things I really enjoyed in Almaty. I mean, after a whole day of touring, strolling, or shopping, it just feels awesome to come home to something like this. The room was really spacious and clean. It really feels at home. I loved staying here. I'll definitely choose and recommend this over and over again! PS: Thank you Elena for being such a gracious host!

the location is near supermarket, restaurants,and subway . You wont need to go far to have your cravings or whatsoever that you would like to eat. You can cook inside the apartment , or just eat outside restaurants.

Location is perfect, very close to Almaty's Arbat, grocery supermarket on the first floor is very connivence, many restaurants and coffee shops around. A special "thanks" for the host, Elena, she met us personally and gave us a key even though we arrived at 6 am. Also, she was very very kind answering any questions we have during the stay. She did navigate us when we had medical issue, gave us good advice and helped us. Apartment was very clean and met our expectations.

Very spacious, clean room with just about every amenity you could think of.

Host was waiting for us in front of the building. Location was perfect. Just few hundred Meters from arbat street. A 24/7 grocery store Yubilieny in the building. You can cook your own food. Enough utensils stove tops microwave etc. Enough sleeping options for a family of four. Bathroom is provided with towels and shower gels.A balcony where you can smoke your cigarettes looking at snow capped mountains.An ashtray is placed there.Even a garment shop down the building beside the grocery store 'Red Park' what we found the cheapest in whole Almaty. Very comfortable stay
