Номер был отличный, уборку делали каждый день, добавляли воду в бутылках стабильно
Не считая мелких замечаний, в целом и отель и номер были чистыми
Встретили в отеле очень хорошо, персонал был вежлив. Только однажды женщина-администратор не отреагировала. Было два пульта ТВ в номере (на два телевизора), один забрали после уборки в номере. Обратились не рецепшн с вопросом, должны ли были оставить только один пульт, нам обещали выяснить, но потом, скорее всего, о нашей просьбе забыли. Обошлись, конечно, одним пультом, просто отношение показали
Завтраки были скудными для отеля 4 звезды, выбора почти не было. Даже омлет приходилось заказывать и ждать по 5-10 минут. Почему нельзя было организовать нормальный шведский стол, когда клиенты сами могли накладывать пищу, непонятно.
