Warm and welcoming staff who worked hard to provide good service. The location was excellent and close to what I wanted to see and do. Excellent on site restaurant that offers plenty of choices.
The stay was good, I would say it was value for money. I would recommend it for anyone traveling to Mombasa for work, or business. The location is great if you have to be in town / the central business district, and getting transport is also pretty easy.
The breakfast at the restaurant was very good. There was air conditioning in the rooms which was really welcomed after a long day of travel and sight seeing. The beds were comfortable and the staff brought up an additional bed to room my daughters were using.
The staff are exceptional. Their attention to detail is superb!
