The central location of Imperial Hotel Express Kisumu, which made it easy to get around the city and access key places like the airport and shopping areas. The staff were warm, professional, and made the stay welcoming. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, great for both work and relaxation. I also appreciated the hotel’s modern, eco-friendly features, like solar heating and energy-efficient systems.

Imperial Hotel Express is a great value. I've stayed here twice and will definitely stay again. All of the staff are extremely friendly, kind and accommodating. They remember your name and always say hello when they see you. The rooms are a little small but they are very clean and comfortable. Water is hot with good pressure and the wifi is reliable. The breakfast has a nice variety of warm and cold foods, always very good fruit. The hotel is walking distance (or a $2 Uber) from multiple malls with nice grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops.

Great location in the middle of town. Very good food- the dinner buffet and breakfast spread were both delicious and there was good variety. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Robinson at reception.
