Surroundings full of services (markets, restaurant), safety 24h on the main entrance, tidiness.
We had no hot water at the beginning and they fixed it right away.
Location was great. Beautiful view of the city, Great staff, I loved the gym, though they need to fix the treadmill,
Cozy and clean apartment, conveniently located for exploring the city. The communication was excellent and Kate always available to support. I felt at home :)
The apartment is very clean and well maintained. It is very spacious and good value for money. It is located close to malls and fresh food stores - can easily buy grocery and vegetables/ meat etc and make good fresh food in the well furnished kitchen.
The location was very precise.We had an easy time to reach there.
